Our program takes the guesswork out of overall athletic development through a strategically planned training model. Hyperthrive has the system to get you stronger, faster, explosive, and durable, improving on-field performance and withstanding the demands of a long season. We offer year-round programs and training options for high school, college, and pro softball players.

COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT

All of our athletes start with a comprehensive assessment where we look at individual movement and mobility/joint ranges of motion, talk about injury and training history and pinpoint current goals. The assessment helps us identify strengths and deficiencies, determine any potential red flags before we get started, and help us individualize athlete’s programs.


STRENGTH AND PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Our performance training program focuses on long term athletic development and incorporates strength, power, speed, mobility, and proper recovery strategies to help you become a dynamic and resilient athlete. Our strength program is built on a solid foundation of timeless training principles in conjunction with the most current research available and scaled based on each athlete’s age, training history, and ability level. Develop the physicality to get noticed and the durability to stay healthy and on the field!

We take pride in helping softball players master the basics of strength training and speed development so they feel comfortable and confident on the field! With a focus on exercise technique, movement quality, coordination, and overall athletic development, our athletes set themselves apart from their competition!
